The Copernicus Foundation Board of Directors has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Taste of Polonia Festival due to the ever-changing COVID-19 situation.

We are so grateful for all who have attended our Taste of Polonia Festival each year and we welcome everyone back in 2021 to celebrate 50 years of the Copernicus Foundation and the belated 40th Anniversary of Taste of Polonia.

About Taste of Polonia

This annual Labor Day weekend taste fest in Chicago offers non-stop live music, food, entertainment, and fun for four days. It’s a must-do family event with enough schedule to keep both little kids and adults happy.

The Taste of Polonia Festival is a popular one-of-a-kind food festival in Chicago because of all the added entertainment.

Taste of Polonia accommodates approximately
40 retail and non-retail vendors & 12 food vendors*.

The Taste of Polonia Festival is the largest Polish Fest in the USA attended by 35,000 annually. It has been held every Labor Day Weekend since 1980 and features over 35 bands over four days.

The festival is held on and around the grounds of the Copernicus Center on the Northwest side of Chicago. It is easily accessible by both public transportation or driving. A perfect location, only two blocks west of the Kennedy Expressway, or via Jefferson Park Transit Terminal, located 1 1/2 blocks away.

The festival features entertainment for everyone, including live music of all types on four stages, a Kid’s Zone, Casino, Arcade, and numerous performing arts groups.

Please complete the agreement below. The Chicago City permit must also be completed and submitted. Space assignments will be made on a first-come, first-pay basis.

Deadline: on or before June 30th by 4:30 pm.

Vendors will be listed on this website along with your business website link. Don’t forget to submit your website or Facebook link with your application. Festival participants will be able to visit your site before and after the festival!
