About the Owner

My name is Jessica and I run Jess Lea Boutique in Cypress, Texas, which is a suburb of the big city of Houston. I’m a wife to Michiel and a mom to my sons Landry & Jack who are 4 years old and 2 years old. We also have two fur babies, Bella & Bentley.

I started the journey of Jess Lea in October 2014, it has been a lifelong dream of mine to have my own boutique! I’ve always loved fashion and dressing up! I earned my Fashion Merchandising degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas in 2007 and I have been in the fashion and retail industry ever since.

I have worked for several retailers throughout my professional career. I have worked for Dillard’s, Stage Stores & Academy Sports & Outdoors & worked in many different positions. I have been an assistant buyer, analyst, financial planner & merchandise planner throughout my professional career.

After I had my son, Landry in May 2014, I became a stay at home mom which has been such a blessing! I missed the fashion, clothes and the craziness of the retail world so I decided to follow my dreams and start Jess Lea Boutique.
