Chicago’s historic Edgewater neighborhood will become a celebration of all things North Side as flavorful cuisine, award-winning entertainment, and family fun take center stage during Edge Fest. Now in its sixth year, this annual event focus on all things Edgewater, with local musicians and vendors showcasing all that the exciting neighborhood has to offer. With an outdoor café setting, Edge Fest will be a one-of-a-kind experience unlike any other on the city’s North Side.
There’s something for everyone at EdgeFest!
In accordance with City of Chicago regulations for large outdoor gatherings, the organization decided to hold off until next year, instead of rescheduling for a later date in the fall season. We look forward to the day when music and diverse acts fill Broadway street in Edgewater and the community can once again celebrate together. Over the past eight years, the neighborhood event has become an important part of the northside festival season, showcasing many local and acclaimed acts, making it a must for those looking to truly experience summer in Chicago.
The committee is also seeking community insight to help build something amazing together for the 2021 schedule. Whether an idea is large or small, provide feedback online here.

What is EdgeFest?
EdgeFest serves as a community summer block party and fundraiser for the Edgewater Chamber of Commerce. We are a non-profit organization whose mission is to support a thriving business environment, contributing to a vibrant Edgewater community.
When attendees make the $5 suggested donation at the gate, they receive the Edge Card community discount card.
Gate donations and beer sales go toward paying for the production costs of the festival, and any profit is invested back into our organization, thus back into the community. The Edgewater Chamber is all about giving back, so our beer tips are donated to six local non-profit organizations whose volunteers work the beer tents. All your tips go directly to our partner non-profits, so tip generously!
Vendors at EdgeFest have access to over 10,000 people over the course of the weekend. Chamber Members receive a 20% discount on booth fees.
